Batman Trailers

Unofficial The Batman movie trailers and ad campaign.

For this project I wanted to bring the darkness of the film, Typography and motion elements were crucial to bring the idea to life.

Vertical version

The official campaign did not have a full trailer, which is very crucial to cover all platforms and give the audience another form to watch it. I made sure to focus on the key elements of the video to have a great vertical trailer experience while keeping consistency with the original piece.

Process & Final Design

I wanted to understand the process behind the logo and key moments of the trailers. I used the iconic logo of the batman film to study very close the motion elements and I recreated it while adding different elements based of my research and ideas. The typography was the focus in this project. I wanted to bring the scary, darkness and more personal vengeance of the film. These moments are found through out the film and official trailers.

Social Story & Poster

Composition, color and typography treatment were inspired by some official designs. the main idea in this part was to extend the design by creating a cohesive experience across trailers and design. The ad‑poster design is built to work seamlessly alongside the trailers, reinforcing the campaign using motion.
